It takes a few minutes. Their office is in the center of Terskol village. If you go up along the road it is on the left side. There must be a photo with Terskol and rescues service marked in the photos section of the site. You can set to say 4 days before return. No need to be very precise. Do not forget to say them "ok" on your return.
