Elbrus with skis on February

I`m planning to ascent Elbrus on February by skis and therefore I planned a few days more because of possible snowstormes. Can anybody tell me how the snow/avalanche conditions usually are at this month(compared to other years)? I also need to know how the average temperature is by this period. Lifts should be open and Radtracks available.
